MGM College held a student-faculty orientation by resource person-Dr.R.K Behera,Dean of social science, Patkai College.
The principal, Vice-Principal, teachers and all the students of(B.A 1st Semester and 3rd semester) attended the programme. The programme started at 10:00am in the college auditorium Fr.ShibuVarghese, Principal of MGM College started the programme with a short welcome speech followed by the resource person Dr.R.K Behera where he encouraged the students by saying, “Student life is a life of commitment and Hard Work” and also advised the students to register for National Digital Library in Google which will be of great help for many students.
He encouraged the teachers of how to go for Ph.D learning with the help of various journals present online. He, further concluded his speech by encouraging all the students as well as the teachers to play their own role for the betterment and growth of the college. The programme ended with feedback given by students of both the semesters.
