I am privileged to be the principal of M.G.M. College, Dimapur, Nagaland. M.G.M. College is the long-cherished dream of St. Thomas Mission Society and MGOS Church. This college was established as an educational project to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee (60th birthday) of H.G. Dr. Joseph Mar Dionysius, Metropolitan of Calcutta Diocese and North East States. It represents our commitment to higher education in the land of festivals.
We give utmost priority to the holistic development of our students, aiming to shape them into better citizens of tomorrow. The progress of our students and the professional development of our faculty members are key indicators of our success.
We have a dedicated and dynamic faculty, strong management, and supportive well-wishers. We offer our students a range of strong core academic programs, as well as outstanding elective courses. We provide both Honours and General courses. Additionally, we have a student welfare council and various clubs such as arts, literature, peace, and anti-tobacco, which offer students new avenues to explore beyond the syllabus.
